The verdict on a case of trafficking in panther skin and a bag of giant pangolin is expected on 29 April 2025 at the Court of Grand Instance of Owando, in the department of Cuvette. This case involves two (2) alleged traffickers of panther skin and giant pangolin skin, trophies of fully protected animal species, both of which had been arrested on 24 February 2025 in Owando.
