The State Congress approved an amendment to article 19 of the State Act on the Exercise of Professions, granting a provisional authorization of up to two years, which may be extended by an additional year, so that newly graduated professionals with a bachelor's degree may exercise their profession, and within that period they may process and obtain their professional degree or certificate.
