Constitutional does not prove Mário Machado right. Nearest arrest for hate speech

Renata Cambra, the main victim of the threats, expects that the decision will quickly become final and that an arrest warrant will be issued, to “end the sense of impunity”.

The Constitutional Court (TC) rejected the complaint filed by Mário Machado against the non-admission of the appeal he filed regarding the conviction to a sentence of two years and ten months in prison to which he was sentenced for encouraging hatred and violence against women of the Left, in appeals made on social networks.
