BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) -- Cleanup of the Austin Master Services site in Martins Ferry is reportedly one-third complete, but the controversy rages on. The old Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel facility on First Street adjacent to the Ohio River was filled with 10,000 tons of solid and liquid toxic waste, some of it radioactive.
