Counsellor killed in an agency: France Labor sentenced for "faut inexcusable"

Patricia Pasquion, and advisor to the Valencian Employment Centre, was killed in 2021 in her office by Gabriel Fortin, nicknamed the "HRD killer." The Grenoble Court of Appeal found that the employer "did not take the necessary steps" to "prevent a risk of aggression".
