'Critical time for higher education': ECU considers strategies for enhancing recruitment, retention and reputation

East Carolina University must be strategic to avoid losing ground as schools across the country face increasing concerns about costs, declining enrollment and shrinking public confidence, an industry expert said in a message to the Board of Trustees.
