CHICAGO — Chicago Transit Agency President Dorval Carter Jr. has announced Monday he is retiring from the agency to become a hospital CEO. Carter announced that he was become the new CEO of St. Anthony Hospital "in the coming weeks," which is located just south of Douglass Park. He's been the president of the agency since 2015 and has recent pressure from city council and others to resign.
