Damari overcame the 2023 crisis, but sales did not return to their peak

The residential real estate company sold more than a thousand apartments last year, a 71% increase compared to 2023, but still 7% less than it sold in 2022. Its gross profit grew for the fifth consecutive year. This is, among other things, due to the increase in apartment prices and a profit on land purchased at cheaper prices.
