Dame for burning his 7-year-old daughter's hand

Rosmary Varela Barrientos (48) was arrested by officials of the Lagunillas Police, Zulia State, for burning her 7-year-old daughter's left hand on a stove in the kitchen of her house, allegedly to punish her.
