The captain of a passenger ship that was cruising on the Masurian lakes had more than three per mille of alcohol in his blood. There were 19 passengers on board. Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Mrągowo who arrived to intervene also tested his assistant, who was found to have more than two per mille.
