The Gregg County Sheriffand#39;s Office is investigating a death in the Bella Terra subdivision in North Longview. Deputies responded to the area on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and identified the deceased as 62-year-old Matt Elza Hipke of Longview. Gregg County Justice of the Peace Pct. 1, B.H.
