'Deliberate policy of withholding aid' in Gaza to ultimately put pressure on Hamas, says UN aid chief
The UN's aid chief Tom Fletcher has described the "horrors" faced by humanitarian staff in Gaza, after an Israeli attack killed 15 medical workers. He was also asked if he thought there was a deliberate policy to starve people in Gaza.

With the blockade of the Gaza Strip continuing for more than a month, it is becoming increasingly difficult for aid workers to work there. “Nothing is coming into the area at all,” says crisis manager Meinie Nicolai (65) of Doctors Without Borders.
