Design begins on Mansfield’s $1 billion mixed-use community, new City Hall

Infrastructure design work has begun on the first phase of The Reserve, a $1 billion, 210-acre urban mixed-use community in Mansfield that will feature a half-mile canal loop and a new City Hall. The infrastructure work includes design of the canals and the main spine road, according to city officials.
