DETROIT LAKES — Alicia Marie Nolan, 38, of Detroit Lakes, has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony negligent fires. According to court records, at approximately 5:19 a.m. on March 18, 2023, a Detroit Lakes police officer was dispatched to a house fire at a residence in Detroit Lakes.
