Disputed biogas plant in NÖ: court no longer believes in emergency

In the district of Amstetten a waste disposal project was whipped – despite complaints from the area – because the country "seen danger in delay" and the politics put an imminent disposal emergency in the room. The administrative court now contradicts this.
