The man probably did not expect that he could get into trouble because of this. But he dropped in because a clever animal led the cops straight to him.

Police officers from Milicz (Lower Silesia Province) have detained a man who tied a dog with a steel rope to a parked car, the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław reported. The animal's barking alarmed a neighbor, who notified the officers. The perpetrator is now in police hands.
