Guardia Civil are investigating a man on charges of dangerous driving without a licence, after an incident on 13th March.

An accident occurred this evening on the road to the village of Luzat in Tepelena. The citizen with the initials Z.Ç. lost control of the car and as a result the vehicle went off the road. The driver and...... were injured in the accident.
