East West, Hardison propose 18-unit luxury townhome project near Wrightsville Beach

East West Partners and Hardison Building Co. submitted plans for Villa Point, an 18-unit luxury townhome development on Allens Lane in Wilmington. The project includes five three-story buildings on a 1-acre site near Wrightsville Beach, with sales for the first phase expected by late summer.
