BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A large structure fire broke out at Mulligan's Brick Bar on Allen Street overnight Sunday, a city spokesperson announced. Allen Street from Wadsworth Street to Elmwood Avenue is closed until further notice as crews continue to extinguish the fire. Officials are asking the public to avoid the area.
