DELAWARE. – The family of Fenel Baine protested for his freedom, Friday. Baine is behind bars after being found guilty as an accomplice in a 2005 murder. He has maintained his innocence during the nearly 20 years he’s been at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Facility.
