Ferron Fire Department Conducts ‘Push In’ of New Engine

The hundred-year-old tradition of pushing the fire engine into the fire station was honored and carried out by the Ferron Fire Department on Feb. 15, 2025.  This tradition started in the 17th century, with hand drawn engine and apparatus of the fire department, having to be pushed into the station by hand, after every use.
