Finalized home sales up in Illinois for January

PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Homes were sold and closed on at a high percentage compared to last year in the month of January. Illinois REALTORS reported that the state "experienced an increase in year-over-year closed home sales, median prices and available homes during January."
