First responders left fuming by Charles River prank involving a mannequin and fake blood

Live Boston News reports Boston and Cambridge firefighters and State Police responded en masse to the Weeks Footbridge over the Charles yesterday evening on a report of a body on the ice and a huge amount of blood splattered on the bridge and the ice. The body turned out to be a mannequin and the blood was fake, and now somebody will have some questions to answer should State Police detectives find them.
