PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida woman landed herself in hot water when she texted someone she believed was a drug dealer, but accidentally messaged a Bay County narcotics investigator instead. According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, Octavia Wells, 41, unknowingly texted the investigator's phone about purchasing some fentanyl before an out-of-town trip.
