A yearslong investigation into suspected embezzlement by a former Hot Sulphur Springs employee ended with an arrest April 5. Jessica Webb, 51, of Hot Sulphur Springs was booked into Grand County jail, then released shortly after on bond, according to the Grand County Sheriff’s Office. The former president of the Central Montcalm Public School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has been charged with embezzling from the fundraising group. Jennifer Marie Richmond, 36, of Crystal Township is charged with embezzlement from $1,000 to $20,000 from a non-profit or charitable organization, a felony.
