John Pigsley, 59, a former engineer for Keolis, who operates the MBTA Commuter Rail, received a sentence of over five years in prison on Thursday for defrauding Keolis of over $8.5 million and for defrauding the IRS of over $2.6 million, the DOJ announced on Friday.
