Former Kilgore ISD aide arrested, charged with improper student relationship

A former Kilgore ISD instructional aide was arrested this week on suspicion of having an improper relationship with a student, according to police and court records obtained from Gregg County. An arrest report from Gregg County Sheriff's Office states Kayla Nicole O'Dell, a 34-year-old white female with a Gladewater address, was taken into custody by a GCSO officer at 1:54 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
