Free despite conviction on inpatient care — man in Luleå sentenced for new crimes

In December, a man in his 30s was sentenced to inpatient forensic psychiatric care. But the conviction was appealed, and the man was able to continue committing crimes, as he was not in custody. Now he is convicted of two more counts of assault and violence against a public servant in Luleå.
