Five years ago, Gafisa proposed a radical change in long-term planning and decided that it would abandon projects aimed at the middle class. The last medium-standard delivery cycle should last until the beginning of 2026, after which the company will focus exclusively on the very high luxury segment, the so-called superwealth, a rapidly expanding class in post-pandemic Brazil.
