Galdar, host of a meeting of cheesemakers to reflect on their realities throughout the country

Within the framework of the XXVII Cheese Fair of Gáldar, the Consistory Theatre hosted on Saturday 22 March a meeting of cheesemakers and cheesemakers, organized by the Network of Field Cheeses and Craftsmen of Spain (QueRed). First-person testimonies from various producers nationwide inspired and invited reflection on entrepreneurship in the world of livestock and artisanal cheese production in the current context.
