The Garfield Board of County Commissioners on Monday unanimously approved a preliminary plan and plat for a 12-unit housing development off of Four Mile Road. The Sunlight Parkway development will be on about 8.6 acres of land east of Four Mile Road, around three miles south of the City of Glenwood Springs.
