Gen. Waldemar Skrzypczak spoke about the incident from recent days, when debris from a Falcon 9 rocket crashed near Poznań. He assessed that "we should have claims against those responsible for launching and guiding the rocket in space, and then for introducing it into the atmosphere, where it should be destroyed." In his opinion, Poland should direct claims for damages to Elon Musk.
