DES MOINES, Iowa (KCAU) -- Gov. Kim Reynolds has issued a disaster proclamation for four Iowa counties in response to severe weather that hit the state on Thursday, April 17. (Des Moines) Governor Kim Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Buena Vista, Fremont, Page, and Plymouth Counties in response to severe weather that occurred on April 17, 2025.
