On Jan. 3, 2025, Johnny Buscema of New Port Richey, Fla., along with his companies, USA Manufacturing and SAFE Structure Designs, reached a settlement with the Justice Department to resolve allegations that he caused another vendor to submit false contracts, according to a press release.
