Suspect charged with femicide in Adjuntas (copy)

Alvin Miguel Torres Alvarado, who allegedly beat his partner Caroline Bou, a mother of seven, to death with a rope, was charged yesterday with first-degree murder in the form of femicide, child abuse, and other charges.
