Groups and neighbors lost battle: Tribunal ratifies favorable rating of Comahue mining project in Antofagasta

The First Environmental Tribunal of Antofagasta is still in the midst of the controversy, following a new resolution that ignores claims from neighbors and social organizations. The ruling that validated the disputed mining company Dominga, now adds a green light to the Comahue project of Next Minerals S.A., an initiative that will be located a few kilometers from the La Chimba Reserve, in the municipality of Antofagasta.
