Guardian Bikes has announced plans to establish the nation’s first large-scale bicycle frame manufacturing plant in southern Indiana. The new facility is made possible by $19 million in financing with JPMorganChase. It will be located at Guardian’s advanced manufacturing hub in Seymour. Workers will use robotic welding, advanced laser-cutting technology, and advanced automation to produce bicycle frames at scale using domestic steel and aluminum.
