Gwynedd Council's big decision

This week Gwynedd Council will have a big decision to make, which is to turn the only three schools in the county that are not essentially Welsh-speaking, into Welsh-medium schools [namely Friars High School and Our Lady's Catholic Primary School in Bangor, and Tywyn High School].
