Family identifies Hallock murder victim

(HALLOCK, MINN) — Our news partners at Valley News Live say family has identified the victim in a murder in Hallock, Minn. Family says the victim is 43-year-old Justin Esparza. Kittson County deputies say they found a man deceased in the 200 block of 2nd Street NW in Hallock, and say foul play was suspected. Jordan Hanson was booked into the Kittson County Jail on suspicion of murder. The investigation is ongoing.
