Haute-Gaspésie will make a counter-proposal to announced caribou protection measures

In the near future, the Upper Gaspésie intends to present a more flexible version of the caribou protection plan to limit the economic constraints that could affect the RCN. On the other hand, the provincial government had said that it was open to dialogue so that all parties concerned could find their way into it.
