DOZENS OF CAMPS CLEARED FROM DIAMOND HEAD STATE PARK   HONOLULU  – This week, a state contractor and officers from the DLNR Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement (DOCARE) cleared 45 illegal encampments from the slopes of Diamond Head.
