Health will wait until the technological RD is in place to assess measures

The Ministry of Health will wait for the entry into force of the Royal Health Technology Assessment Decree to “evaluate the measures necessary for its implementation” and, inter alia, strengthen the monitoring and motivation of decisions in this regard, two of the recommendations of the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) following the analysis of the draft legislation.
