Portoviejo and Santa Ana clean flood-affected areas: 200 families affected

Heavy rains continue to wreak havoc in Manabí. Portoviejo and Santa Ana suffered severe flooding this Thursday, April 3, and this Friday cleaning and assistance to the victims were carried out.
