Here are the most expensive districts of Polish cities. This is how prices have changed over the last five years

The last five years have brought many changes to the Polish real estate market. According to Otodom experts, since 2020, prices per square meter in the largest cities have increased by over 70 percent. In the most expensive Polish districts, such as Warsaw's Wola, buyers will have to pay up to PLN 15,000 more per square meter than five years ago.
