A federal grand jury in Paducah recently indicted a Hopkinsville man on charges of distributing cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm. According to the indictment, 41-year-old DeMarcus McCarley was charged with the offenses on May 15 2024, after he allegedly distributed a cocaine mixture and was in possession of a Glock .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun.
