JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – It appears the Jackson mayoral race will proceed to a runoff between two Democratic candidates. With 80 out of 81 precincts reporting, State Sen. John Horhn is leading the race with 11,909 votes. Incumbent Mayor Chokwe A. Lumumba has the second highest amount of votes at 4,124.
