Each week throughout the season, the Howard County Times will select Athletes of the Week in each winter sport. At the end of each month, a public vote will be held to select the Athlete of the Month in each sport. Here are the Athletes of the Week for Feb. 10-16. Boys basketball Cole Willey, Mt.
