On 23 May, at 10 a.m., Santiago Cirera Argimbau, a 67-year-old court of inquiry, was cited by Santiago Cirera Argimbau as the “testaferor’s eyeman” of the Hydrocarbon plot allegedly directed by Claudio Rivas and Victor de Aldama and accused of evading more than 200 million euros in taxes to the public treasury.
