The Minister of Labour, Jean Boulet, tabled this bill on February 19th. His goal: to better protect the population in the event of a strike or lockout. His bill is a response to recent labour disputes that have caused significant harm to citizens. He, who is also the minister responsible for our region, gave us this interview on March 27th.
