If the collectives made up of families of disappeared persons in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara feel hopeless, given the lack of support from the authorities to locate their loved ones, in the Altos Norte region of Jalisco, the claims are greater. Lagos de Moreno has 175,000 inhabitants, is classified as a magical town and has the highest number of missing persons, outside the Metropolitan Area tapas.
